Filtering and Exporting
Filters help you focus on specific post performance, such as how content performed over time or across different groups. You can apply multiple filters to tailor your view.
You can filter by:
Time and Date: Use the calendar or preset ranges to view data from a specific time period.
Groups: Filter by brand ambassador groups to compare content performance across different teams.
Topic: View posts that are linked to a specific content strategy topic.
Post Types: Choose from texts, images, videos, links, stories, or documents.
💡 Tip: You can turn on advanced filtering to combine multiple filters using AND or OR logic. Want to work with your data outside the software? You can also export all Post Insights to Excel or BI-tools for custom reporting or deeper analysis.
General Post Insights Overview
At the top of the Post Insights page, you'll see a summary of how your posts are performing across the platform. This section gives you a quick overview of your total post activity and how well your content is being shared.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Posts: The total number of unique posts created.
Suggestions: The number of times posts were suggested to team members by an admin.
Shares: The total number of times posts were shared, including shares to both personal profiles and business pages, and across multiple platforms. E.g. if one user shares the post to both LinkedIn and Facebook, this counts as 2 shares.
Top Performing Post: Highlights the post with the highest total number of shares.
Suggestions and Shares Graph: A visual timeline that compares the number of suggested posts to the number of shares over a selected period.
Please note: Suggestions are counted per individual user. So if you schedule one post for 50 users, it will count as 50 suggestions. The same logic applies to shares, each user who shares the post adds to the total.
Engagement Overview
Engagement is one of the most important indicators of how well your content is performing. This section shows how people are interacting with your posts, both those shared by Members and on Business Pages.
For the selected time range, you’ll see the total numbers for:
Likes: Total number of likes received on all shared posts.
Comments: Total number of comments made on posts.
Reposts: Total number of times your content was reshared.
Reach: The estimated number of people who saw your posts.
⚠️Important: Engagement statistics for members are only available for LinkedIn. Due to API restrictions, we’re unable to retrieve engagement data from personal accounts on other platforms.
Platform and Channel Insights
The Post Insights page includes several visual graphs that help you understand how your posts are being shared, which platforms are being used, and through which channels suggestions are being delivered.
Here’s what each graph represents:
Business Page Reach: Shows how many people were reached through posts shared on connected Business Pages, broken down by platform and time period. This helps you monitor content visibility over time.
Most Used Platforms: Displays the share distribution across different social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). This gives insight into where your team is most active.
Suggested Via: Indicates how post suggestions were delivered to users: through email, WhatsApp, or mobile app. This shows which suggestion channels are being used most frequently.
Shared Via: Reflects how users actually shared the content via the mobile app, email, auto approved or WhatsApp. This helps you understand which sharing methods are most popular among your team.
These graphs help you evaluate not just what content performs well, but also how and where it's being shared and received.
Top 3 Most Shared Posts
This section highlights your three most shared posts within the selected date range. It’s a quick way to identify which pieces of content performed best in terms of share volume. Each card shows:

Use this section to spot trends in your most engaging content (such as topics, tone, or post format) that you may want to repeat or build on in future posts.

Post Subject: The title or label of the post.
Variants: The number of content versions created for the same post (e.g., different languages or formats).
Suggestions: The total number of times the post was suggested to users.
Shares Total: The combined number of times the post was shared, including both members and business pages.
Member Shares: Number of shares made by individual team members.
Page Shares: Number of shares made through connected business pages.
Share Ratio: The percentage of shares compared to the number of suggestions for that post.

The drilldown includes:

All content variants (if multiple were created)
Connected topics that the post was tagged with
You’ll also see two key data sections:

You can use this section to evaluate which team members helped drive the post's engagement and follow up with specific individuals if needed.
💡Tip: Use the Post Drilldown when preparing performance summaries, reviewing what content works best, or when you need detailed reporting on a specific piece of content.
Post Types: Suggestions vs Shares
This chart gives an overview of how different post types are performing by comparing the number of suggestions to the number of shares for each type of content. Post types include:
Video
Text only
By analyzing this graph, you can quickly see which formats are shared the most after being suggested. This helps guide your content strategy—for example, if certain formats consistently lead to higher shares, they may be more effective for your audience.
💡Tip: Use this data to experiment with underused formats or double down on the ones your team is engaging with most.
Link Clicks
The Link Clicks section shows how many times links in your posts have been clicked, helping you measure the effectiveness of your content in driving traffic. Each row in the table includes:
Post Subject: The title or identifier of the post.
Short URL: The shortened tracking link used in the post.
Original URL: The full destination link.
Shares: The number of times the post was shared.
Total Clicks: Combined number of clicks from all sources.
Member Clicks: Clicks from posts shared by individual team members.
Page Clicks: Clicks from posts shared via Business Pages.
⚠️Important: To track clicks automatically, you must use the link shortener or connect your Bitly account. If other link formats are used, click data will not be tracked or displayed in this table.
Topics Overview
The Topics table gives you a high-level view of how your content strategy is performing across different focus areas. Each topic represents part of your content strategy, helping you organize and evaluate post activity by theme. The table includes the following columns:
Name: The title of the topic.
Members: Number of users linked to this topic.
Pages: Number of business pages linked to this topic.
Goal: The monthly target number of posts set for this topic.
Posts: Total number of posts created within the topic.
Suggestions: Total number of times posts under this topic were suggested.
Shares: Number of shares generated by those suggestions.
⚠️Important: Goals are tracked monthly. If you select a date range longer than one month, goal-related data may appear inflated. Posts linked to multiple topics will be counted once for each topic, which may increase totals.
Topics: Suggestions vs Shares
This graph visually compares the number of Suggestions to Shares for each topic. It helps you quickly identify which areas of your content strategy are generating the most engagement and where there may be room for improvement. Use this chart to:
Spot top-performing topics
Identify underperforming themes
Balance your content mix based on actual team activity
